Support Packages
Our support packages match those of our customers. Each package is built around the following parameters:
- Full coverage (24 hours a day, 365 days of the year)
- Basic office hours (Mon.- Fri., 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
- Basic office hours with on-demand extensions
- Third line only
- Second and third line
- First, second, and third line support packages

- Offsite (from Fenavic premises)
