Roles and responsibilities:

• Leading and organizing quality assurance process
• Developing quality assurance methodologies

Required qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in development and quality assurance
• Experience with large deployments that underscored scalability and performance
• Knowledge and usage of web application testing and industry standards for automated stress and load testing
• Knowledge of web application security techniques
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance processes and methodologies
• Proficiency in development environments, debugging tools, source control systems, bug tracking and testing tools
• Assertive self-starter with excellent organizational skills
• Expert-level knowledge in one or more of the following: Mercury, Silk, custom-developed test harnesses, or other Test Automation Tools
• Programming ability in one or more of the following: HTML, ASP/JSP, Perl, VBScript, JavaScript, XML, UNIX or Win32 - advantage
